The Darkness

So in a couple of weeks, myself and a group of friends are planning on going to The Darkness. Now I've heard so much about this place and I've wanted to check it out. It's in Soulard and it is one of the haunted houses in America that is the most reviewed. It also has been used for haunted house footage from the National Geographic channel to NFL. I've heard it's really scary and I'm into this kinda stuff. There's always something to do in the month of October! Last year I went to the Haunted Trail in Waterloo and the Haunted Woods in Evansville and it was fun, but it the one in evansville used to be so much more fun when it was ran by someone else than the fire department. The fire department has recently taken it over in the past few years and they have more rules to follow for safety reasons. There is another big haunted house I would like to go to but don't think i can make it this year, it's called Creepy World and it supposed to have seven different haunted houses in one location or something like that; that's pretty convenient.Haunted World has ranked this screampark number ten in America. It's got a haunted hayride, haunted mansion, vampire themed graveyard, and a military theme one called Silo-x. So it sounds pretty cool after doing alittle research on them so if you haven't been I suggest going and checking it out.

  1. Yeah i've been going to the big haunted houses for the last three years now and I would say that Creepy World was the best even though The Darkness gets more publicity. The Darkness is in a terrible neighborhood first of all, my girlfriend's car got broken into last year, and it wasn't even that scary at all. I've also been to all the small town haunted houses and out of Rocher, Waterloo, and Evansville, Evansville would have to be the best/scariest. I went to the Lemp Brewery this year which was alright but the commercials made it up to be way worse than it really was.
